Danyell Easter

Danyell Easter, MSW, LICSW, serves as the Clinical Operating Officer at Helix Health and Housing Services, where she provides strategic leadership over clinical operations and ensures the delivery of high-quality, client-centered care. Since joining Helix in 2024 as Clinical Director, Danyell has demonstrated an unwavering commitment to supporting individuals with complex needs, including adults living with co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders, as well as those experiencing homelessness in the Twin Cities.

Danyell earned her Master of Social Work degree from Augsburg University in 2016 and obtained her LICSW credential in 2020. She began her academic career at Hamline University, where she completed a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice in 2011. Her professional background spans direct clinical practice, program development, and senior leadership roles within community-based behavioral health settings.

Guided by a passion for systems-level change and equitable access to care, Danyell continues to be a strong advocate for vulnerable populations and a leader in advancing integrated behavioral health and housing services.
